Privacy
What we collect
Your email address (for sign-in links and receipts), your name if you provide one, and the details of donations you make. If you lead a project, we collect what you enter in your listing. We do not use advertising trackers, and we keep cookies to the minimum needed to keep you signed in.
Payments
Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe on our fiscal sponsor's behalf. We never see or store card numbers; payment details go directly to Stripe over their hosted forms.
Donor privacy
Donor identity is private by default. Project teams see your name only if you choose public recognition at checkout. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, ever.
We send transactional email: sign-in links, receipts, and updates from projects you support. You can turn off project updates per project. We do not send marketing email without a separate opt-in.
Your rights
Email hello@fortheplaya.org to access or delete your personal information. Records the fiscal sponsor must keep for tax and audit compliance (such as donation records) are retained as required by law.
